BrightSpring Health Services has awarded Three Precious Miracle’s founder and president, Elisia Manuel, their Diversity Champion Award for her work in the foster care system.
Through your personal and professional experiences in foster care, you have made a difference in the lives of countless families. By providing safe and loving environments while maintaining a connection to their heritage, you are helping children in your community live their best lives.

In addition to her role within our organization, Elisia is a Foster Care Recruitment Manager for StepStone Family & Youth Services where she works closely with tribes in Arizona for the placement of Native American children in foster care. She also educates foster families on the process and current laws.
I am deeply honored to receive the Diversity Champion Award with BrightSprings Health Services. It has been an incredible privilege for the past couple years working for such a wonderful company that not only values diversity but actively promotes it. I am grateful for the opportunity to embrace and share Native culture with both our staff and families. This recognition means such a great deal to me, and I am committed to continuing to advocate for diversity and inclusion in all aspects of our work.
